This page explains what The Akoni Global Ltd ("Akoni", "we") collects when you use this website or request early access to Akoni Loop, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Early-access requests. The email address and any store details you choose to send us. We use them only to reply to you and to set up early access if you join.
• Website use. This site does not set cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Requests to the site are logged at our hosting provider, Cloudflare: IP address, the approximate location and network derived from it, browser type and language, the page requested and the referring page. A small first-party script also reports basic page measurements: window and screen size, time zone, browser language, how far the page is scrolled, how long it stays open, the number of clicks, device characteristics such as processor cores and touch support, and whether the browser reports automated control. We use this to run and secure the site and to understand how it is read. These logs are kept for up to three months; we may keep extracts longer where needed for security.
• Fonts and scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and animation scripts from jsDelivr; both receive your IP address when the files are requested.

When you connect a store (early access)

If you join early access and connect a storefront, Akoni Loop reads your product listings and performance data (such as impressions and clicks) to rewrite and measure listings. We keep a version history of every change so it can be reviewed and rolled back. We do not sell this data and we do not use one store's private data to train models for another store.

Where data is kept

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Akoni Loop is designed to run on Amazon Web Services: store data will be kept in the AWS region we select for the product and protected with access controls and encryption at rest and in transit.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@akonilabs.com. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
